FRUIT BASKET. Now in production and on sale.
This fruit basket was previously exhibited as part of the group
show, TEN XYZ at 100% Design (2009) and has now been taken
into production. The design consists of a solid beech platform, with
a ring of slots, just wide enough for standard colouring pencils.
The pencils form a lattice, enclosing the fruit. 'Loglike' has
produced the first small production run of fruit baskets. Currently
still being manufactured with computer-aided machinery, the
FSCbeech is CNC routed by a small company in the UK, whilst the
wooden feet & finishing is done by hand in Loglike's own studio.
